I stayed at Villa Ocean View for almost 3 months, which is long enough to really get to know a place.
I can't begin to say enough good things about this hotel - the service is great, very friendly staff who are always happy to help, amazing food, very comfortable rooms and excellent facilities - the pool is spectacular!
Hope to be over there again next year for a similar period.

Well we have just come back on the 18th May after our seventh stay at this great hotel and again we had a brill time, with good food, great surroundings and excellent staff. What more can I say,other than go ahead and book this hotel.

Stayed there for a few days with friends, and found the hotel to be very good. Staff always friendly and helpful. The pool was always clean and pleasant. The rooms were quite clean. Room service was very efficient. All in all I would recommend this hotel, it was a very enjoyable stay!

I had a lovely time again in April at Villa Ocean View Hotel. The food was lovely and so was the service. The staff are very friendly and I will be staying there again when I go next time.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now. I absolutely love it! The staff cant do enough to help and are all so friendly. The food is amazing, good variety and lots of it. The hotel itself was in a nice location, a little out of Colombo, but a short drive to where all the life is. Its the prefect location to go and relax. It has a selection of swimming pools, its conveniently located on the beach, and there are numerous games to choose from. They even have an elephant visit the ground called monica and you go for a ride around the hotel grounds. The hotel rooms were pleasant, i have stayed both in the hotel itself and in the Cabana (if thats how its spelt) style huts and id recommend both. During my stay, i had days where i relaxed in the hotel, but also days where i went on adventures and saw what Sri Lanka has to offer which is very plentiful. I came away feeling very relaxed and would give this hotel 10 out of 10.
