Our hotel boasts three grand conference halls for you to choose from. The Amethyst Hall, Emerald Hall and Garnet Hall all vary in size and shape. The number of attendants can range from a mere 10 to 400.  No matter the size or style of the event, VOV can accommodate you.

Our conference hall can be altered to fit your needs. Seating arrangements, such as classroom style, u-shape, theatre style and boardroom are available for you to choose from.

In addition to providing computers, Internet access, local and IDD call access, fax, e-mail and stationery, Villa Ocean View is also able to arrange many other facilities. Podiums, flip-charts, magi boards, pointers, markers, microphones, clip-on microphones and recording equipment could also be accommodated upon request.

Extra facilities such as a cocktail reception, decorated oil-lamps, fresh flowers, and a conference coordinator are available if necessary.
